Please note:

Morning Classes are energizing Hatha-Vinyasa hybrid classes, that feature energizing asanas based on the traditional sun salutation sequence, ending with a pranayama and mediation practice.

Evening classes are restorative hatha-based classes, featuring relaxing asana sequences meant to unwind, stretch out, and relax the body, along with a longer pranayama and meditation practice to relax from the day.

All classes are 60 minutes long, and virtual [on Zoom]

This is a community healing yoga class, comprised of a reminder of the yamas (yoga philosophy) gentle asanas (the physical practice of yoga), pranayama (the practice of our breath & lifeforce energy), and meditation (the yogic act of concentration in the present moment).

If you self-identify as any part of these groups, I hope this practice exists for you to make a little space for yourself in a world where you are constantly making space for everyone else.
